Larne Community Care Centre is delighted to be recruiting a Housing Support Officer to join our dedicated team.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a caring, motivated and approachable person who is passionate about supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will help residents build confidence, develop independent living skills and work towards securing a safe and sustainable home.

As children return to school, we want them to know that Larne Community Care Centre is a safe space.

If your phone has died, you feel unsafe, you are lost or you need help while travelling to or from school, please come to our door.

Our team will help you contact a trusted adult and make sure you are safe. 💛

🌈 Spaces Available in Our 2–3 Year Daycare! 🌈

We currently have spaces available for children aged 2–3 years at Larne Community Care Centre.

Our daycare provides a caring, fun and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, build confidence and develop new skills. 💛

♻️ Kids Korner Jumper Reuse!♻️

Calling all past Kids Korner children and families! 💛

If you have any old Kids Korner jumpers that are still in good condition and no longer needed, we would love you to donate them back to us. Simply drop them into the centre, and we’ll help them find a new home with another child. 🌈

A small donation can make a big difference, reducing waste and giving our jumpers a new lease of life! 😊

There will be no calls on Monday 13th as our volunteers enjoy the bank holiday weekend, we will be back to normal on Tuesday 14th. Hope everyone enjoys their long weekend ☀️

🌞School's Out for Summer and for many people this means stretching the home budget a little bit further.

💚If you need a little bit of help, please do not hesitate to obtain a Foodbank voucher from one of our referral agencies and then collect your food parcel.

🍞All families with school age children will obtain a parcel with essentials and fresh food items that are favourite lunch items!

❗️Please note that we will be closed 11th July - 18th July inclusive so please make contact with us this week if you think you may need some support before the July holidays.
