Roll up, roll up! 📣 Come and get your space facts 📣 🪐

On Saturday our resident astronomer visited the vivacity wellness festival with an array of hands-on activities and space facts! These included our favourite 'smells of space', and some very special meteorite samples, allowing lucky festival-goers to hold a piece of the moon in their hand 🌕

As the sun went down, we even got to do some stargazing while the bonfire crackled ✨ 🔥

18/10/2026

Why not make it a double bill! This evening at 3pm we have our final stargazing special for the Dark Skies Festival, this will be followed by a free guest talk about the blackhole at the centre of our galaxy!

Tickets can be book on our website www.darkspaceplanetarium.org/events
