📣 We are super proud of our very own BHS Welfare Advisor for Wales, Henrietta, as not only has she recently become an Animal Medicines Advisor, she gained the highest scores in the equine category nationally to win the top student prize! What an achievement! Henrietta was invited to the House of Lords by AMTRA (Animal Medicines Training Regulatory Authority) to receive her award. Llongyfarchiadau Henrietta! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

This coincides with it being the first ever . It’s a nationwide celebration of the vital role Animal Medicines Advisors (SQP’s) play in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of livestock and pets across the UK. You can find out more by visiting the AMTRA website.

🏆Our BHS Approvals Awards include the Approved Centre Award, which is given to the centre that has made the greatest difference to their community and the Changing Lives through Horses Approved Centre Award which goes to an approved CLtH centre who has shown exceptional inspiration, engagement, innovation, and commitment.

One of our previous winners of the Approved Centre Award was Cardiff Riding School. The centre’s continued efforts to inspire and uplift individuals from all backgrounds and unwavering commitment to inclusivity, community engagement and personal development is both commendable and impressive. From supporting young people to gain confidence and resilience, to helping children with speech or
anxiety related difficulties find their voice through interacting with ponies, Cardiff Riding School has been instrumental in changing many lives.
