We are a group of parents and carers working together to raise money to buy equipment and supplies for school.

💙💛 And just like that, our first term back is done! 💛💙

We just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported FOSM this term! 🥰 Whether you’ve purchased something from our Amazon Wish List, got involved in Penny Wars, come along to our Autumn Disco or bought tickets for our Halloween Hamper, we really do appreciate every bit of support.

We’re so lucky to have such amazing parents, grandparents, carers and a wonderful school community behind us. ❤️ Your support helps us raise money to make a difference for our children, and we couldn’t do it without you!

🎉 We’re delighted to share that our Autumn Disco raised a fantastic £461.31 after expenses! 👏 Every penny counts, and we’re so pleased with what we’ve achieved together already this term!

🏆 The winning class for Penny Wars will be revealed after half term… 👀

And don’t think we’re stopping there! We’ve got lots of exciting things planned for the Christmas term, so keep your eyes peeled… 🎄✨

It might even involve a little visit from someone very special… 🎅🏻🤫 We do know him after all! 😉

🍂🎃 What a fantastic time we had at our Autumn Disco last night! 🪩💙💛

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a brilliant night! We hope all the children had as much fun as we did! 🥰

We’ll let you all know how much we raised once we’ve got everything counted up, so keep your eyes peeled! 👀💰

🍬 GUESS HOW MANY SWEETS ARE IN THE JAR! 🍬

We’ve got a jar full of sweets and it’s just 50p per guess! If your child would like to have a go, they can bring their 50p into school and we’ll be going around the classes to collect everyone’s guesses. Good luck! 🤞🍭

🎁 OUR HALLOWEEN HAMPER RAFFLE! 🎃

There’s still time to get your raffle tickets for our amazing hamper! Tickets are £1 per strip, and the winner will be drawn TOMORROW! So don’t miss out! 🧡

Thank you as always for supporting Friends of St Matthew’s and helping us raise money for our school and children. We really do appreciate every bit of support! 💙💛

We’ve been made aware that some of the letters for the Autumn disco have the wrong date on for returning forms, so we just wanted to clear this up to avoid any confusion! 😊

📅 ALL forms must be handed in by THIS FRIDAY, 16th October!

Unfortunately, any slips handed in after this date won’t be accepted, and children won’t be able to attend the disco if their form is late.

Please make sure you get your forms back in on time so the children don’t miss out! 💙
