Happy weekend everyone!

This coming Tuesday, 1st September, we will be once again sharing a catering pack of Hellman's Mayonnaise.

If you would like some, please bring along a jar or container for this.

Just to let you know that queuing was a problem again last week, with everyone queuing at once, so tomorrow, the 25th August, we will be reverting to the card system.

You will be given a card with a letter on when you arrive. Please wait until that letter is called, before you start to queue.

Last week, at Food Club, we shared a catering pack of Passata with our Members. This was very successful!

This coming Tuesday, 18th August, we will be sharing a catering pack of Hellman's Mayonnaise.

Again, we would ask our Members to bring along a jar or container for this.

Also, if any of you have any clean jam jars that you could bring along, that would be very helpful, as we had to raid the kitchen's stock last week, and now they are very low on supplies.

CLOSURE OF TUESDAY EVENING COLLECTION UNTIL START OF WINTER - As a group we have decided to temporarily halt the Tuesday evening collection.
We will plan how to promote it widely and restart when ready (early winter).
The need is not there currently (proven by numbers of shoppers).
Our aim is to restart the evening collections on the 6th October.

Bring a clean container ….
At Food Club this Tuesday, 11th August, we will be sharing a 20 L catering pack of Passata. If you would like some, please bring a clean jar or container.

Passata is an uncooked, pureed, and strained tomato sauce originating from Italy.🇮🇹

Smooth and uniform: No chunky pieces, seeds, or skins. Uncooked: Retains a bright, fresh tomato taste rather than a cooked-down, stewed flavor.
