Our Thursday evening peer-support group at the Beacon of Light is open to anyone aged 16+ who could benefit from a safe space and some genuine human connection.

Talk if you want to. Listen if you’d rather. Sit quietly if that’s what you need.

Our Thursday drop-in at The Old Rectory is open from 1pm until 3pm.

It’s relaxed, informal and open to everyone aged 16+. You can have a chat, meet new people or simply get out of the house for a couple of hours.

Unfortunately, our Monday Drop-In at OTTO is cancelled today as OTTO is closed for the Bank Holiday. 💜

We know some people build their week around our sessions, so apologies for the change.

We’ll be back as normal next Monday with the usual:
