Our peer-support group is a safe, welcoming place to talk, listen or simply be around people who understand that life can sometimes feel bloody difficult.

There’s no pressure to share and no judgement about what brings you through the door.

Our Tuesday drop-in at Diego’s Joint is a relaxed space where you can have a cuppa, meet people and take a little time away from everything else.

You don’t need a diagnosis, referral or appointment. You don’t even need to know what to say — just turn up as you are. 💜

12–2pm, we’ll be at OTTO @ The Bunker every week for our brand new social gaming group.

This isn’t about coming in and feeling like you have to talk.

Come in. Grab a brew. Play a game. Sit with people. Join in as much or as little as you want.

We’ll have board games, card games and plenty of the usual chaos - UNO, Cards Against Humanity, Risk It and whatever else we end up discovering along the way.

Shout-out to keep bringing the fire games! P.s. were open to sponsorship...

It’s a safe, relaxed space for a bit of social connection without the pressure.

And, importantly…

It’s completely FREE.

Not much of that about nowadays. 😂
