🎬🐍 FICTIONAL FRIDAY 🐍🎬

This week's star is Tiny, our elegant corn snake.

✨ Gentle and delicate

✨ Fantastic to handle

✨ A favourite with visitors

✨ Takes her food like a true lady

Our pick: Cinderella from Disney.

Graceful? Absolutely.

Kind and gentle? Every day.

Always well-mannered? Without a doubt.

Tiny is one of those snakes who changes people's minds the moment they meet her. Calm, delicate and incredibly easy to handle, she's helped countless visitors discover that snakes can be gentle, beautiful animals. Even at feeding time, she keeps her manners firmly intact.

Do you agree with our choice, or does Tiny remind you of another fictional character?

Vet visit at Wrights’ Vets this evening with Nadja and a weird one at that... We noticed when she came into the rescue there was a noticeable lump on her front right leg. The lump was hard but didn't cause Nadja any discomfort. She was still able to move freely, eating fine, pooping regularly - overall fine. But we wanted to get her checked out regardless. Here's the weird part 👀 upon initial examination the vet simply prodded the area and a small lump of what appeared to be a build up a shed skin from an unhealed wound (roughly 3 years ago) now because Nadja's body built a barrier around this area she now has a little empty pocket in her leg (photo 2) The vet was more than happy with how it looked and not concerned at all with how it looked. Nadja now has access to her very own pocket 😂
