2 beautiful walks this week 💚 🌅

Beautiful autumn glow on both our shorter and longer walks 🍂

Chillier nights, but we wrapped up and soon warmed up 😊
Lovely to have 13 ladies join us, including 4 new faces 💚

A little bittersweet tonight, as we unfortunately received some sad news. We raised a glass to a good friend we met through our walks and shared some lovely memories. 💚 🫶

Our Wednesday ladies walk is on at 5pm at Love Lilly Car Park.

🍂 TWO LADIES’ WALKS THIS OCTOBER 🍂

We’ve got two walks running throughout October, making the most of our green and blue spaces, getting outside and having a chance to connect.

GOLDEN GLOW – LADIES WALK
📍 Boating Lake, Herrington Park
🕓 Mondays at 4pm
📅 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th October
Short 20–25 minute walk, gentle pace, with time to chat before and after.

LADIES WELLBEING WEDNESDAY WALK
📍 Love Lilly Car Park
🕔 Wednesdays at 5pm
📅 7th, 14th & 21st October
1-hour walk, gentle pace, wellbeing chat and connection.

Come along, get some fresh air and see the ladies. 💚

🍂 Goodbye September 🍂

A few pics from another lovely month of walks, chats, laughs and getting out in the fresh air 🫶 — and we’re genuinely so proud of how this little community is growing. 🫶

Since we started
✨ 124 attendances
💛 32 new ladies

That’s 124 choices to get out, come along and do something they might not have done otherwise. And that feels pretty special. 🫶

For now:
🥾 5pm walks continue until the clocks change

✨ New: Autumn Glow Walk — a shorter, earlier walk at a slower pace for ladies who would like to get out and enjoy an autumn stroll together 🫶

After the clocks change:
🕐 Our usual walks will move to an earlier time so we can keep getting out as the evenings get darker.

🌙 Wednesday 5pm will continue with a streetlight 3K for anyone who fancies an evening walk 😊
