Since May, we’ve been out walking, talking, laughing and connecting. 🥾🌳

✨ 13 wellbeing walks
✨ 83 attendances
✨ 30 new attendances

But the numbers only tell part of the story…

🤝 Supporting and encouraging each other
🏡 Building a stronger sense of community

Every walk brings something different — a new conversation, a familiar face, a bit of fresh air, a laugh, or simply some time together.

And that’s what Upstep Project CIC is all about. ❤️

🌿 LADIES WEDNESDAY WELLBEING WALK 🌿

📍 Herrington Park – Play Area Car Park

Walk approx 1 hour 🫶💚

A relaxed, friendly walk for women — a chance to get out, enjoy some green space and have a chat. 💚

Whether you’re looking to meet people, build confidence, boost your self-esteem, or simply get out for some fresh air and a bit of connection, you’re very welcome. 🫶

I’ve checked the park today following the recent reports of fires and all is looking good! ❤️

💜 Wednesday Ladies Wellbeing Walk 💜

Feeling much better and excited to be back out this Wednesday! 😊

The slightly longer route was suggested last week and the ladies gave it a go, so we’ll do that again this Wednesday — round the back of the pond and then back to finish off with the stones. Looking forward to it! 💜
