Springboard Inclusive Play and SEND Services. Charity based in Horsham, West Sussex delivering services for children and young people with SEND aged 6-30 years.

We also provide an affordable, inclusive play centre for the local community Springboard House is a "Play 'n Stay" Centre offering full use of the facilities; Soft play room, sensory room, garden, kitchen and lounges. Opening times:

Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm term time
Monday - Wednesday 10am t0 5pm during school holidays. Last entry 4.30pm

We also run short break activities for children and y

oung people with disabilities, facilitated by Springboard Project's staff, supported by a team of trained, supervised volunteers. Family Group - Horsham & Crawley:
For families with children aged from birth to 5. One weekend day a month at Springboard House. Children can play together while parents enjoy each other's support along with tea and cakes! Short Breaks For Disabled Children - Horsham, Crawley & Worthing:
For children ages 6-12 years. A fun club on Saturday mornings and during school holidays. Enjoy a short break, taking part in activities, going on trips and making friends. Short Breaks for disabled young people Horsham, Crawley & Sutton:
For young people aged 12 -18 and 18+. Meets on varying evenings or weekends and during school holidays. A social club for teenagers, having fun, choosing activities and practising life skills. www.springboardproject.com

SEND Social Hub- Today at Springboard 1-3.
Are you aged between 14 and 30 years with SEND and want to make friends or just hang out? Come along to our social hub!
Sessions run every Thursday and we have a wide range of activities available from Dungeons and Dragons, arts and crafts, gaming, researching on a PC, games and more.

Amazing sessions at QM Studios
Our summer work experience sessions for young people with SEND have been running throughout the holidays and once a week they have been attending QM Studios, located in Denne Road, Horsham.
The groups set up equipment ahead of the sessions, prepare the recording studio for anyone hiring it and at the end, get to take part in the weekly choir! The smiles are testament for how great this place is- gaining valuable work experience whilst having fun!

We had a great time at Major Mindgames Horsham taking part in two challenges; ‘Roll The Dice’ and ‘The Show Must Go On’
The groups did so well and worked together to solve the clues, leaving only 25 seconds to get out of one room and 56 seconds in the other…..nothing like cutting it close.
This group is for 16-30 year olds with SEND and runs on various days throughout the holidays. If you would like more information about this service, please get in touch with the team on [email protected]

Stepping Stones- Summer Work Experience
Every Thursday throughout the holidays our Stepping Stones students have enjoyed carrying out their supported work experience at QM Studios
QM Studios is a recording studio based in Horsham that is available to hire as well as attend some of their community sessions,.
The group get valuable experience doing a range of activities including:
Setting up equipment in the recording studio, Preparing the playlist for the recording booth and setting up microphones and amps for hiring bands.

Summer Short Breaks
Throughout the summer we run our SEND short break sessions in Horsham, Crawley and Worthing. The groups have been doing lots of fun activities from in-house sessions, making sensory gardens, visiting Bird World, Everyman Cinema and Tilgate Park.
Next week the groups are going to Chessington, Bocketts Farm, and The Science Museum.
