Edit: Sadly - our scheduled talk regarding help/benefits to the elderly in West Sussex by WSCC is no longer happening.

However, all is not lost, because what we have found in the past is that means a quiet relaxed atmosphere, a place to chat, grab a refreshing tea or coffee ☕️, and perhaps treat yourself to a slice of homemade cake 🍰

Greener Shipley will be back with their info stall and their refill station by Plastic Free Refills

Plus our monthly raffle 🎟️ and this month you could win a ‘Bird feeding hamper’ for as little as £1

If you have mobility issues there are a few spaces near the main doors to the hall, but please be mindful of the neighbours and their access. Or Please park in the field car park.

What a wonderful Summer themed Hub today. Huge thank you to Lily's Cottage for putting on an amazing Wildlife Quiz for us, and donating the Raffle prize. Also to T&M Ices for coming along. We are delighted to buy everyone who came along to the hub an ice cream today 🍦

The repair cafe was as busy as usual, and even Maureen gave one of our friends of the hub a lesson on his sewing machine.

Looking forward to seeing you all next month 👍🏻

Just a reminder that tomorrow (Tuesday 4th) it’s our August Hub.

Pop down and join the fun with a wildlife quiz kindly organised by Lily's Cottage, who have also very kindly donated a prize to our monthly Raffle. T&M Ices will be calling in at 12.30pm for those who are at the hub, and Greener Shipley have the eco refils station back.

Refreshments and Repair cafe from 11am - 1pm.
Ps Children are more than welcome. We have all you need to keep them entertained whilst you have a cuppa and catch up.

We have double the fun and excitement for our next Shipley Community Hub as we welcome back Debbie and Martin from Lily's Cottage for another one of their ever popular ‘quizzes’ & Prizes to be won. (Suitable for all the family! And This time it’s all about Wildlife 🦡🦊)

💙Another wonderful Hub yesterday, with thanks to Caroline Instance for coming along to talk to us about Chanctonbury Community Land Trust. 🌳

🪡🧵The repair hub was kept busy once again fixing Fans, sewing repairs & sharpening tools. ✂️

✉️ Erica was back with her super value greetings cards, raising funds for Mencap 👍🏻

💙 Thank you to our volunteers for their time!
