We had a great day yesterday at our Children’s Links Managers’ Day! 🌿

We spent the day at Wilder Doddington, the beautiful nature and wellbeing space at Doddington Hall in Lincolnshire.

Together, we shared learning, explored leadership, discussed priorities, heard reflections from colleagues who recently completed a leadership course, and learnt more about AI.

We also enjoyed a delicious lunch and a nature walk – a chance to connect, reflect, and enjoy the surroundings together 🐄🌱

Days like this are a great reminder of the importance of collaboration and the value of working together 🧡
