𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 𝗖𝗮𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗻

I will be holding a special drop-in and social event for Veterans at Porthi Dre Caernarfon in February. This is to bring the local Veterans community together and will also be attended by support charities.

Warm welcome to Veterans and their families. Thanks to Porthi Dre for hosting this event and to Woodys Lodge SSAFA North Wales Royal British Legion and other Veteran support services who will be attending.

This event is about creating a space where people can come together share experiences and access help from trusted organisations.

As we move towards Remembrance Day I said I would place this on my wall, not all servicemen and servicewomen die in battle, some do so years later from PTSD- Sad yet but so true
I'm going to make a bet, without being pessimistic, that out of my hundreds of friends, that less than 25 will take the time to put this on their wall. You just have to copy it from my wall and paste it to yours. Then type done on my wall. I've done this for a friend to spread awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. We lose veterans everyday to PTSD. More needs to be done to help Veterans in need.

There will be hot food for after the Remembrance Day Parade. Also we will be giving a FREE PINT to any Armed Service members and Veterans on the Day. At The Old Shipping Office Inn, 1 Hibernia Terrace. Come and have a bite to eat and pull up a sandbag. See you there.
