Anglesey Allstars Majorettes

Anglesey Allstars Majorettes New Holyhead Majorette troupe founded by Marie Millican. Girls can have fun and take part in competitions, a friendly and welcoming group, all welcome.

Anglesey Allstars originally formed in 2006 and took a break from 2009 until reforming in 2013. Marie Millican is a very experienced majorette, with over 30 years experience. She first joined Llaingoch jazz band in 1981 lead by Colin Roberts and trained by Wendy Roberts (who you may know from PDA)
Then Marie joined Llaingoch Majorettes in 1983 and became leader in 1986 and won universal championsh

ips with YCA best leader with maximum points. In 1986 Marie formed her own troupe BLUE STAR and won universal champion best leader in 1987. BLUE STAR ran until 2001 and was later reformed as Anglesey Allstars. She has also helped teams in Ireland, the west Midlands and over Anglesey.

So Proud of Bella today 💜 She started this season as Tiny leader, but with not enough dancers to carry on with Tinies this season She moved up into Juniors on Thursday and danced in comp today and she smashed it! 💪 Well done Bella 💜
