Isle of Axholme Foodshare Project Community Cuppa tackling social isolation We also have collection points so that individuals make make donations too.

A wide-ranging project that supports our community in many ways: -
Foodbank
Baby bank
practical support including, clothes, household items etc
IT coaching, help to complete forms etc. We take surplus food from shops and food businesses that might otherwise go to waste and distribute quickly and efficiently to people in our community. We accept all kinds of food including fresh (fruit and veg), ch

illed and frozen as long as it meets food safety standards. Our aims are to : -
- help shops and food businesses meet their zero waste targets
- support families and individuals across the Isle of Axholme

The Isle of Axholme Foodshare Project is a project of St Nicholas' Church Haxey and is based in St Nicholas' Church Youth Hub, High Street, Haxey DN9 2HH. For more details please contact: -

Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Cowboy Jake and seeing the transformation happening at Milestone Ranch for ourselves. Jake shared some his plans and vision - Milestone Ranch is a fantastic place to visit for families and will be even better as Jakes plans develop. If you haven't visited recently it's well worth it.

We talked about ways of working together for the benefit of our community and are pleased to welcome them as a community partner. Watch this space!
