It all began in memory of Andy and continued to grow to what it is today today
We try to help onwards and upwards we go
One man walks through a door unsure,
Carrying weight he can’t ignore.
A silent storm behind his eyes,
A thousand thoughts, a thousand lies.
But in that room the chairs are round,
No judgement there, just common ground.
A simple truth begins to land
“You’re not alone. We understand.”
One man talks, another hears,
Stories shaped by hidden tears.
A nod, a breath, a quiet space,
Strength reflected face to face.
And slowly something starts to grow,
A spark, a light, a steady glow.
From town to town the message spreads,
Through whispered hope and words once unsaid.
More doors open, more men arrive,
Learning it’s okay to survive.
To speak the pain, to share the load,
To walk together down the road.
From one small group to many more,
A movement stronger than before.
Reaching hearts both near and far
Reminding men how strong they are.
Because it starts with ,
Brave enough to take a stand.
And when he talks, another sees…
The strength in vulnerability.
So let it grow, let voices rise,
Across the towns, beneath the skies.
Until every man knows where to come
A chair, a circle, and someone new
This year is going to be huge for
Where should our next branch be in the north east to let more men understand
