We're supporting Broadland and South Norfolk's Christmas Toy Donation Appeal which aims to bring festive joy to children in need across our communities.

We are proud to be the collection venue for Harleston and welcome donations of new, unopened gifts suitable for children and young people aged 0-18. Examples include toys, books, toiletries, stationery and gift vouchers.

Donations will be accepted at Harleston Information Plus until 27th November.

Looking for wellbeing support in your local community?

Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies will be at Harleston Information Plus on Thursday 5th November from 1pm to 4pm.

If you're aged 16 or over and would like to learn more about the support available for anxiety, low mood, stress, or other common wellbeing concerns, come along and speak with the team in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Connect over a Cuppa – Celebrate Befriending Week!

On Friday 6th November, we’ll be hosting Connect over a Cuppa as part of this year’s Befriending Week celebrations.

Befriending Week is a national campaign celebrating befriending and raising awareness of the positive impact it has on individuals and communities.

To mark the week, we’re inviting you to drop in to Harleston Information Plus for a cuppa, cake and a friendly chat, and to find out more about our Befriending Service.

Whether you’re interested in accessing support for yourself or a relative, or would like to join our fantastic team of volunteers, we’d love to see you!

There’s no need to book – just pop in, enjoy a cuppa and cake, and discover how our Befriending Service helps people feel more connected to their community.

At Harleston Information Plus, we offer friendly, one-to-one support to help you complete a range of applications including Universal Credit, PIP, Attendance Allowance, Blue Badges, Pension Credit, bus passes, driving licences and passports.

Appointments are available every Monday and Wednesday from 1pm.
