Fridays NHS Lanarkshire Breastfeeding Groups are open to antenatal mums and breastfeeding mums and babies after delivery.

They are FREE to attend and you can attend any group that suits you, not just specific to your area.

Breastfeeding groups offer a warm, welcoming and safe environment where pregnant women and breastfeeding mums can meet and support each other.
Come along for a chat, make new friends and share experiences.

You do not need to be having breastfeeding challenges to attend, as the social and emotional support is just as important.

If you do have challenges on your journey, you can get professional advice from staff who have been fully trained to support breastfeeding.

If you are a mum who is breastfeeding keep an eye out for the “Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland” sticker when you’re out and about – it lets you know that businesses like cafés and restaurants will make an extra effort to look after and welcome you ​💟

Twinkle Tots is a lovely, welcoming baby & toddler group, run by Sense Scotland in Burnbank, Hamilton on Wednesdays (term time) for children with ASN and their parents/carers.

Tic Tac Tots Whitehill is a really lovely baby & toddler group that meet on Tuesdays from 9.30am - 11.30am. At the moment they have a few spaces available and will have more after the summer break with some if the children leaving for nursery.
