Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a difference in your local community?
We are currently looking for Volunteer Youth Workers and Casual Youth Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team at Gillingham Youth Club.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Supporting and engaging with young people aged 10-18
-Helping to deliver a range of activities, games, projects and events
-Encouraging positive relationships and personal development
-Creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
-Working as part of a supportive team
Volunteer Youth Workers
Volunteering is a fantastic opportunity to:
-Gain experience working with young people
-Develop confidence and new skills
-Enhance your CV
-Make a real difference in your community
No previous experience is required. Just enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude.
Casual Youth Workers
We are also seeking casual staff to support our sessions and activities. Experience of working with children or young people is desirable, although training and support will be provided.
