U13 Falcons in their new kit, sponsored by Rackstor, minus a few faces due to injuries and illness.

The Falcons kicked off their league campaign a couple of weeks ago with a really strong performance and some great football played.

The team were unlucky to suffer a narrow defeat, conceding a last-minute goal.

Yesterday our two Inclusive Football Teams took part in their first ever league fixtures at Strode College!

The Comets (Under 12’s) and Supa Comets (Under 16’s) played a number of games across the morning.

The Ability Counts League works differently to other football leagues. Teams will meet once a month on a Sunday and play each team once in their league. They will do this each month throughout the season.

Both teams put in some unbelievable performances that they should all be proud of! Plenty of goals and moments to celebrate with great sportsmanship shown by all involved!

For us at Frome Town United, this is something we are incredibly proud of. To provide this opportunity for these young people is something we have tried to do for a long time.

Thank you to everyone who has support and been able to provide this opportunity!

As the season is now back underway we’d like to remind our spectators of a few rules! These rules apply for all sites.

No alcohol pitch side. There is a zero alcohol tolerance at all sites. Any alcohol purchased at G08 Cafe is to be consumed in the designated area.

No dogs on or around pitches. With a total ban at our school sites.

No smoking or va**ng pitch side. Again with a total ban on our school sites.

We would also like remind everyone that no one should be stood behind the goal during matches.
Coaches should be stood in their technical areas and spectators behind the respect barrier.

Thanks for your cooperation.

On Saturday our Under 10’s were mascots for Frome Town FC in their local derby against Bath City! ⚽️

The children had a great time and really enjoyed the experience. It was made even better with Frome winning 1-0!

A great day for everyone!
