The Disability Resource Centre The Disability Resource Centre is a charity supporting people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, and unpaid carers.

For over 30 years, we have been a trusted local service, helping people overcome daily barriers to independence. The Disability Resource Centre is an independent organisation and a registered charity, that has disabled people at the centre of its decision making. Our purpose: Empowering people of all ages who are affected by disability or health conditions to fulfil their potential and aspiration

s. We offer independent advice and information services to disabled people and their carers to enable them to have choice and control over all aspects of their lives. Covering Bedford, Central Beds, Luton and Northamptonshire, the Centre is nationally recognised by the Department of Health as an Action and Learning site for User-Led Organisations.

Despite the weathers best attempts at scaring everyone off, so many people still showed up and supported the local charities that made the effort to come down!

Our tombola & lucky dip raised us some funds to help towards our important work in Bedfordshire!
