Russell Lower school has a big heart. Over 260 children bought entry forms to Guess the Teddies Name or find the teddies in Ampthill shops. Thank you to all of them & well done to our lucky winners who were picked at random

Following our Teddy hunt, there are 2 £20 book tokens to be won by students. 1 from Russell Lower & 1 from The Firs Lower. If you have been away during the half term break there is still time to purchase an entry form from school & track down those 28 teddies. An entry form costs £1.00 & will allow 15 children to be vaccinated. Good Luck!

Teddy number 6 carrying letter O had 'gone for a walk' earlier in the week but is now proudly sitting on some scales in a shop window! Remember the Library & Lucky Hare bookshop have entry forms if you have lost yours.

A massive thank you to St Andrews Church soup sippers who raised over £300 this month for Ampthill Park Flexi Rotary Clubs fund raising for the eradication of Polio.

Another delivery of warm clothes and shoes made this morning to SMART CJS in Bedford. Continued thanks to Ampthill Fireplaces for being our collection point - please drop anything off to the shop prior to 31st Jan, after that date please take your donations any week day morning to Prebend Street (warm men’s clothes & shoes, new socks, underwear, hats etc always needed too )

Last summer a group from our Rotary club spent a day constructing shelves & storage for Prebend. Now we are asking the people of Ampthill to donate warm coats for the many homeless people who use these facilities.

For10 years the children of Ampthill have supported the Rotary shoebox scheme sending toys to disadvantaged children. Children they will never meet. Small schools with big hearts💕. Thank you
