Wyre Family Hub

Wyre Family Hub Supporting children, young people and families to succeed in Lancashire. From January 2020 becoming a whole district with Fylde centres and staff team.

Wyre Neighbourhood Centres are the delivery buildings of the Children and Family Wellbeing Service. We now support children, young people and their families across Over Wyre, Rural Wyre, Fleetwood, Thornton, Cleveleys and Poulton-le Fylde, Great Eccleston, Elswick as well as St Anne's, Lytham, Freckleton, Warton and Weeton. The service now expands from antenatal to 19 yo, also expanding up to 25y

o if SEND. There is now a Targeted Youth Service for 12-25yo. Continuing to offer a vast range of support, guidance, courses and groups the teams are kept busy delivering 1-1 support in the home and schools, Triple P parenting, Baby and Me, Parents 2 Be and much more. The addition now is the added Community Team, direct support to all schools, colleges and settings enhancing partnerships between them and services, agencies in supporting your child. Some children and families need support from people who know them well and have established relationships with them to meet some challenges when advice and guidance has not been enough to help the family achieve change.
