Support is available right here in Finedon ❤️

Every Tuesday, BAKUP CIC's Hope, Stability and Resilient Futures Project holds a community drop-in at Finedon Community Centre.

From 10am–3pm, you can pop in for a range of support, including:

☕ Coffee morning
🥫 Foodbank
🎨 Workshops, games and arts & crafts
💬 Advice and signposting
💷 Budgeting support
📋 Referrals and training

It's open to the community and you can simply walk in.

They're also looking for more volunteers to help run the project in Finedon. Details for getting involved can be found on the poster.

Something for the younger members of our community 🌟

Uplift Hours, delivered by BAKUP CIC, runs throughout the week here at Finedon Community Centre for ages 10–18 and up to 25 with SEND.

There's a huge range of free activities available, including:

🎨 Arts & crafts
🥊 Boxing
🏓 Table tennis
🎸 Guitar lessons
🎙️ Podcasting & social media
💻 CV writing
🎧 DJ skills
🏀 Basketball
🎤 Open mic & poetry

📅 Monday–Thursday | *new time 3.30pm–6pm
📅 Saturday | 12pm–4pm

Parents and young people can book or simply turn up, with free entry and exit throughout the sessions.

Looking for a way to get moving during the week? 🏸💃

There are plenty of ways to keep active at Finedon Community Centre, with regular sessions running throughout the week:

🏸 Badminton Club
Tuesdays | 8pm–10pm
£3.50 per session

💃 Zumba with Giulia
Thursdays | 7.15pm–8.15pm
£5 per class

💪 KW Fit
Saturdays | 8am–9am

All three are regular sessions at the Centre, so why not try something new this September?

The project has been created to support local people and families through practical help, guidance and opportunities to build confidence and independence.

The Finedon Hope, Stability and Resilient Futures Project aims to support local individuals and families through practical help, guidance and opportunities to build confidence and independence.

Join our friends at BAK UP CIC for a fantastic day celebrating community, culture and connection.
