A midlands company, with a city vibe. What if you could learn to APPRECIATE your body, whilst still keeping an active lifestyle? The Sweat & Glow Club offer dance inspired cardio sessions that CELEBRATE your body through movement, instead of punishing it into shape. With diet culture fuelling the fitness industry, there’s no surprise that 1 in 5 adults living in the UK feel shame around their body

image. Our aim is to help you your learn to appreciate your body and find empowerment whilst living an active lifestyle that you actually enjoy 💦🙋🏻‍♀️

All of our sessions are based on themes so come along and enjoy “The Britney Glow” “Old skl Y2K party” plus lots of other fun themes. All of our sessions are "follow along" sessions so there is no pressure to have to memorise movements. This is a judgement free space where you can truly let your hair down.
