We’re looking for a Support Assistant to join our social enterprise—working alongside adults with varying support needs across the farm and wider enterprise.

This isn’t a role where you stand back.

You’re in it—milking cows, collecting eggs, caring for animals, supporting events… all while helping people build confidence, routine, and independence through real, meaningful work.

It’s hands-on, it’s purposeful, and it matters.

If you’re someone who cares about people, enjoys practical work, and wants to be part of something bigger than just a job, we’d love to hear from you.

Tractor rides will be back at West Moors FarmFest 🧡

We’re growing our team at Gullivers 🧡

We’re looking for a Hospitality & Events Supervisor to lead our front of house and bring our events to life.

This role sits at the heart of Gullivers. It’s about creating a space where people feel welcome, where service flows, and where every customer experience matters. From day-to-day café service to yurt gatherings and seasonal events, you’ll be leading the team and making sure everything runs as it should.

You’ll be:
– Leading front of house and barista service
– Supporting and guiding the team day to day
– Taking ownership of events and making them feel special
– Creating a positive, inclusive environment for both customers and the people we support

We’re looking for someone with hospitality experience who can lead from the front, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about people and standards.

This is more than just a role in hospitality. It’s a chance to be part of something with purpose.

Survival Village is BACK at West Moors FarmFest 2026 🌿🪵

One of last year’s favourites returns… and we’re excited to bring it back.

Set in the woodland, Survival Village gives children and families the chance to slow things down, get hands-on, and learn real outdoor skills — including spear making 🪵

It’s simple, it’s outdoors, and it’s the kind of experience that sticks with you long after the day.

This will be a paid activity, with booking opening closer to the event — and spaces will be limited.

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a delicious Afternoon Tea and mindful crafting at Gullivers Farm, Shop and Kitchen.

Mother’s Day 2026 Afternoon Tea, Dorset

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a delicious Afternoon Tea and mindful crafting at Gullivers Farm, Shop and Kitchen.

Head to the Wellbeing Yurt at Gullivers, near Wimborne, on Sunday 15 March 2026 for an afternoon of delicious, locally sourced food and creative crafting for all ages.

We’ll be serving up a selection of sandwiches* and Gullivers deli items, alongside freshly baked scones, homemade cakes, unlimited hot drinks and a mindful craft activity.

The children’s afternoon tea will be a smaller version of the adult’s version, complete with a colouring sheet and a child-friendly craft activity.

The Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea is a family friendly and dementia friendly event, suitable for all ages. Little explorers can enjoy the Orchard play area, while our seasonal Nature Trail is ideal for the whole family.

Choose from two time slots on the day: 12pm and 2.30pm. Places are limited, so advance booking is essential.

*Please note, we can cater for all dietary requirements. Please inform us of any allergies and intolerances at the time of booking.
