Are you a passionate chef looking for an opportunity to lead a kitchen with purpose?

Gullivers Farm Shop & Kitchen is looking for an experienced Kitchen Lead to oversee our kitchen operation, lead a fantastic team, and help shape the future of our growing Social Enterprise.

Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and alongside adults with varying support needs, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality food while creating a positive and inclusive working environment.

What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Menu development and food production
• Maintaining high food safety standards
• Supporting events and supper clubs
• Managing stock and kitchen systems
• Leading and developing the kitchen team

We’re looking for a Chef to join the team at Gullivers Farm Shop & Kitchen 🧡

This isn’t just a kitchen job.

At Gullivers, food, farming, community, and inclusion all connect together. From seasonal lunches and deli counters to supper clubs and events, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a kitchen with purpose behind it.

You’ll work closely alongside our Kitchen Lead helping deliver fresh, seasonal food while supporting adults with varying support needs within a real working environment.

The role includes:
• Fresh food preparation & cooking
• Seasonal menu support
• Deli & event preparation
• Occasional supper clubs & seasonal evenings
• Working within a supportive and community-focused team

With over 75% of tickets now sold, FarmFest 2026 is filling up quickly and we can’t wait to welcome you all to Sturts Farm for a brilliant afternoon of food, music, family fun and community 🧡

This year’s food offering includes:

🔥 Tier 1 BBQ meals with toppings and fresh salads
🌮 Tier 2 access to our street food market with hearty meat, vegan & vegetarian options
🥪 Children’s lunch bags available as an add-on

A little reminder — when purchasing your tickets, simply scroll down on the ticket page to pre-order your food in advance. It really helps us prepare well for the day and keeps things running smoothly for everyone 😊

We’re growing our team at Gullivers 🧡

We’re looking for a Support Assistant to join our social enterprise—working alongside adults with varying support needs across the farm and wider enterprise.

This isn’t a role where you stand back.

You’re in it—milking cows, collecting eggs, caring for animals, supporting events… all while helping people build confidence, routine, and independence through real, meaningful work.

It’s hands-on, it’s purposeful, and it matters.

If you’re someone who cares about people, enjoys practical work, and wants to be part of something bigger than just a job, we’d love to hear from you.
