Your £2 car park donation goes directly towards helping us purchase a new pasteuriser for our dairy. This will create even more opportunities for the people we support to get involved, learn new skills and take pride in producing something wonderful for our local community. 🧡

So come along, enjoy the day, make some memories and know that by visiting, you’re helping us make a real difference.

We’d love to see you! 🎃🧡

LIVE. LEARN. SHARE. GROW. 🌱

But what does being a Volunteer Co-worker at Sturts Community Trust actually mean?

It’s more than coming somewhere to volunteer.

Our co-workers come from the UK and around the world to spend 6–12 months becoming part of life at Sturts — living within our community and sharing everyday life alongside people with learning disabilities.

A year here is made up of the ordinary moments that become meaningful. Working together on our biodynamic farm, in the garden, workshops and social enterprises. Preparing and sharing meals. Learning new skills. Celebrating together. Spending time outdoors. Building friendships and contributing to a community where everyone has something to offer.

You’re here to support others, but the relationship goes both ways. You learn from one another, share experiences and often discover new things about yourself along the way.

That’s what co-working means to us.

It’s not simply “I’m here to help.”
It’s “we’re here to do this together.” 💚

If you’re looking for a different kind of year — one filled with community, purpose, practical learning, nature and genuine human connection — we’d love to hear from you.
