Peter had the right answer. He knew Jesus was the Messiah. But his expectations of what that meant were very different from God’s plan.

And perhaps we’re not so different.

It’s possible to know the right answers about Jesus without truly understanding who He is.

Sometimes, following Jesus means allowing Him to challenge our expectations, rather than expecting Him to meet them.

So here’s a question worth reflecting on:

Who do YOU say Jesus is?

Not what you’ve been told. Not what you’ve always believed. But who is Jesus to you, personally?

Take a moment to reflect, listen to the full message (link on bio), and share your thoughts with us. We’d love to hear them. ❤️

❤️ Follow your heart?
🌍 Follow the crowd?
✝️ Follow Jesus?

We’re constantly being told to follow something. But what if the things we’re following aren’t actually leading us where we want to go? 👀

This Sunday is **Week 2 of FOLLOWING JESUS**, and we’re exploring a slightly controversial question:

**What if following your heart isn’t always the best advice?**

We’ll be looking at what Jesus says about finding direction, truth and a life worth living.

Whether you’ve followed Jesus for years, you’re curious about faith, or you’ve never stepped inside a church before, there’s a place for you.

Facing the terrifying possibility of losing your child during critical surgery. In those moments of profound vulnerability, a deeper understanding of faith and strength emerges. It's not about avoiding hardship, but about finding the power to endure it, hand-in-hand.

We often think of 'following' as a passive 'like' or 'subscribe'. But Jesus' call was radical: a life-altering commitment to active discipleship. It's not about digital engagement, but a complete life transformation.

True discipleship isn't about perfection, it's about surrender. See how Jesus walked with flawed friends and learn what it means to give all of yourself to him.

Two words. One invitation.
Follow Me.
An invitation that changed lives 2,000 years ago. And one that still speaks to us today.
This Sunday, we begin a new series: Following Jesus.
Come as you are. We’d love to see you at 10:30am.

Jesus was clear: 'In this life, you will have trouble.' Anyone who tells you otherwise is misrepresenting the Christian walk. But the good news is, 'But' – He has equipped us to face every battle victoriously and walk in freedom.

Faith is confidence in what we cannot see. God calls us to look again at the situations we face, to trust in His word. Whatever you're going through, choose to look again.

Ever wondered how Velcro was invented? Swiss engineer George de Mestral noticed burrs sticking to his dog's fur after a walk. Under a microscope, he discovered tiny hooks. It took him 10 years to recreate this effect synthetically, turning a common annoyance into a revolutionary fastening system.

We often expect a life of ease, but the Christian walk involves facing battles even in the center of God's purpose. This metaphor shows that challenges don't mean we're lost, but that purpose and struggle can coexist.
