Some of our young carers have recently shared a little about their experiences and the challenges they can face. 💙

We’re incredibly proud of them for opening up and helping others understand what life can be like as a young carer.

Our Young Carers Group runs every Tuesday, providing a safe and supportive space for young people to connect and be heard.

1 in 5 children and young people in England are experiencing a probable mental health condition.

This week is Children’s and Young People’s Mental Health Week, organised by the charity Place2Be.

This year’s theme, “This Is My Place”, focuses on belonging — in friendships, in school, and in our communities. It is about supporting children and young people to feel safe, supported, and included.
