Good Evening
It is the time of year again that we are trying to get things in motion to restart in April.
My question to the residents of Sandy Hill is, what do you feel the need is on the estate for the younger children?
Do we keep it just to football or do we open it up slightly and offer more so a bigger audience could join in?
We are always looking of ways to improve and offer more, so your feedback would be amazing.

Please note that the Defibrillator at the hut does not currently have a power supply, as all electrics have blown. The defibrillator has an internal battery so will work for a short while but it won’t last for long (less than 24 hours). Closest defibrillator is at the community centre. Hopefully the council will sort the problem out asap.

Due to unforseen circumstances we dont have enough volunteers available to do football tonight now.

I am so sorry, unfortunately work commitments will mean there is no football again tonight.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

We will be holding a meeting soon with it coming to the end of the season, so if anyone could message me with any feedback or ideas for next season that I can bring to the meeting it would be greatly appreciated. We are really hoping to make next season bigger and better so all feedback and ideas are welcome 😀⚽️

Unfortunately due to family commitments & work commitments, football won't be on tonight.

We will hopefully be back as normal on Monday.

Calling all strong people out there! There will be a Tug O'War competition at the funday on Saturday 13th of September on Sandy Hill. We would love to have a team representing Sandy Hill Stars. If you're interested please give your name to Kerri or Mike and be around on the day between 1 and 2pm. We are also hoping to have a Tug 'O war for the children.

SUMMER IS HERE 🥳⚽️

With the summer being here, we just wanted to let you know, although we know it may be quieter at times due to people going away, we will be still be doing football every Monday & Wednesday 5-6pm.

Once the children are back in September we will be reducing it to 1 day a week, which will be a Monday 5-6pm until we finish for the winter at the end of October ⚽️

Let's have lots of fun filled sessions for the next few weeks 🥳
