Cockburnspath Gala 1pm - 4pm
Where we will be running a Dr. Bike… bring your bike along for a check up and have a chat with Dixie and Nick.

Ayton Flower Show 1pm - 4pm
Where you can hop on a trishaw and go for a spin with Angus, Michael and Gary!

We need to talk about last night…

Fi and Ellie went along to the Scottish Borders Business Excellence Awards to represent Sea the Change, where the charity was nominated for the Community Impact Award.

And we only went and WON it!!! What makes this so special is that this is the second year in a row that we have won the award!

A huge congratulation to the entire team…

Beach Yoga at Coldingham Bay

🌊Join us for two free beach yoga sessions on the sand at Coldingham Beach, led by - a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and the coastline around you.

🌊With the sound of the waves as your soundtrack, these sessions are gentle, calming, and open to all abilities and experience levels. Whether you've never tried yoga before or practise regularly, you're welcome to come along, move at your own pace, and enjoy a moment of stillness by the sea.

Volunteer Role: Trishaw Pilot 🚲

🚲Sea the Change is looking for volunteer Trishaw Pilots to help us get more people out cycling in Eyemouth!

🚲Our trishaw has a seat at the front for a passenger, pedalled by a volunteer at the back - perfect for older people, care home residents, or anyone who can no longer ride a bike themselves but would love to feel the wind in their hair again.

What you'll do:
🚲 Safely pilot the trishaw on local routes
🙋 Help passengers on and off
😊 Chat away and make it a lovely ride out
✅ Do a quick safety check before you set off

What we're looking for:

💙A confident cyclist
💙Friendly, patient, andenjoys spending time with others and meeting new people.
💙Willing to complete a PVG check (we'll help with this)
💙No trishaw experience needed - full training given!

Time commitment is flexible, usually 1–3 hours per session.
