I keep hearing of more local guys suffering with prostate problems. Get yourselves along to our chat meetings in the Golf Clubhouse, Eyemouth on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Hear from other blokes that have gone (or are going) through treatments of various kinds. Everyone's Prostate Cancer is different in some way and there are so many ways to deal with it. The meetings are free of charge, informal & I don't doubt that you will have many questions needing answers. It is a small group of about 6-8 regulars with other guys popping in for a blether on occasions. See you next month.

Had my 6 monthly PSA blood test results today. Came back as less than 0.1% which is effectively undetectable again. 🙂

Following a great pre-Christmas, December, meeting last night, which included a tasty buffet and a few drinks, our next meeting will be on the first Tuesday of February 2026 in the Eyemouth Golf Clubhouse. Hope to see you there and wish you all a great Christmas and New Year when they arrive. I should add that if anyone wants to talk to us before the next meeting, give us a shout, we are here to help and we have all gone through what you will be experiencing, physically or emotionally.
