Last weekend some of us at ERC had a cricket social in Taunton, ladies first then the gents 20 overs .
A really enjoyable day , thanks to Will for organising and thanks to Jon for driving.

Hill repeats tonight for this lot … hill repeats are such a good way to improve your running, all gave it some welly tonight, we also looked at correct technique .
This was as always followed by our weekly social, well done all .

It’s curry social night tonight at Exmouth Running Club for our weekly social as it’s the 1st Thursday of the month .
Before this though we have smiley Miley’s and our club training run , meet as usual outside M & S for a 6:25 pm start .

ERC Monday to Lympstone and back ….
Pretty good conditions tonight , just a slight bit of rain. Really good to be out running on a Monday evening again .
Well done all , next ERC run is on Thursday followed by our curry night social.

Exmouth Running Club on tour . We’ve been out and about doing a bit of parkrun tourism and good to see Charlotte back doing the Burrator 10.k at the weekend.
Next weekend some of us will be in Somerset for a cricket social so lots going on at ERC.
Next week on Monday we have our 8-10k run starting from outside the Octagon , this is our summer series so a bit off road and guaranteed spectacular views of our coastline , on Thursday is our training run followed by our social and as it’s the 1st Thursday of the month it’s curry night .
At ERC we are focused on improving your running whilst raising awareness of the benefits to your mental health through fitness and social interaction and also Exmouth Running Club is free to the community as we have no barriers for you to join a running club , we applaud every achievement whatever the ability.

The Thursday training run at Exmouth Running Club.
Tonight we started off with Smiley Miley’s, where we run a mile encouraging engagement regarding mental health, this was followed by intervals then we had our weekly social.
Well done all , next ERC run is on Monday.
