Come inside for:A Chat: A friendly ear when you need to talk.A Cuppa: A warm drink and a biscuit (on us!).A Helping Hand: Practical support or a nudge We are a volunteer-led club whose mission is to improve the lives of Stroke Survivors and support Stroke Survivors families. We meet regularly on Wednesdays and organise regular social, fundraising and meet-the-member events. We provide our members

and their families with practical and emotional support including helping them to navigate and find services and introducing them to new ways to help with their rehabilitation. We care for and support each other in good times and bad. Many members and their families have formed close friendships through being members. We are proud to represent our members and work hard to raise awareness of stroke and its impacts in Exmouth and the wider community. We were awarded Outstanding Contribution to The Community in the 2022 SW Business & Community Awards.
