Teams4u Evesham Making a world of difference in a child’s life. Teams4U is a charity set up in 2006 by Dave Cooke. This simple concept continues in his work today.

In 1990 Dave was moved by the plight of children in Romania and took aid to Romanian orphanages. Alongside this the Cooke family originated the idea of the ‘Christmas Shoebox’, asking children in the UK to fill a shoebox with gifts and send it to a child in Romania with no strings attached.

Our thanks today to everyone at Evesham Baptist Church for inviting us along to talk about the amazing work Teams4u The Charity is doing raising funds to provide clean drinking water in Sierra Leone. Over £1500 was raised so far towards a target of £2500 for the first well. Thank you!
