💙 A little act of kindness that made our day...
One of our volunteer drivers, Ian, stopped for lunch after completing his community transport duties. While there, he got chatting to a gentleman who had seen our minibus and asked about the work of Epping Forest Community Transport.
After hearing about the difference our volunteers make in helping local people stay connected, independent and active, the gentleman quietly left before Ian and paid for his lunch.
When Ian went to settle the bill, he was told it had already been paid.
Thank you to the kind stranger who recognised the value of community transport and the dedication of our amazing volunteers. Gestures like this remind us how much kindness exists in our communities.

🚐 PART-TIME MINIBUS DRIVERS WANTED 🚐
Would you like a rewarding role helping people in your local community?
Epping & Harlow Community Transport is looking for Part-Time Minibus Drivers to work on an ad hoc basis, Monday to Saturday, with the possibility of permanent hours as our services continue to grow.
Our charity provides essential transport services for people who are unable to use conventional public transport, helping them access shopping, day centres, social activities, medical appointments, and more.
✅ Full training provided

Essential Requirements:
✔ Aged 25 or over
✔ Full UK Driving Licence with D1 entitlement
✔ Friendly, reliable, and caring approach
