Nazeing Phab You & Us was created to serve the local community and offer a focal point and hub to organise activities and events for young abled and disabled individuals to attend. Yvonne Belsey has dedicated her life to ensuring her son Marc had a normal and inclusive upbringing. Marc has down syndrome and this has not stopped him from leading a very active lifestyle. This is due to Yvonne and her families persistence to get Marc involved with all the fun activities that able bodied young adults can. This included: Drama, Ballet, Football, carrying the olympic torch, swimming, music lessons and residential away days undertaking archery, visiting London Westend shows and much much more
After becoming involved with Phab ( a registered charity organisation that helps set up community involvement projects) Yvonne decided to draw on her vast contacts and networks to offer the same opportunities to all young adults. Nazeing PHAB is based at Bumbles Green Leisure Centre in Bumbles Green EN92SF Every Tuesday with a host of activities throughout the year. Please like our page and feel free to browse our calendar for upcoming events. If you would like to join or for more information please drop us a message or call Yvonne direct on: 07984491928
All Phab staff are fully CRB checked and insured with public liability insurance and first aid trained.
