❤️🖤 𝟏𝟎 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐆𝐄 🖤❤️
If you had told me 10 years ago what Bridge would become, I’m not sure I would have believed you.
In 2016, I simply wanted to bring more gymnastics to Enniskillen and hoped that maybe one day we might have a few gymnasts compete.
We started in St Joseph’s College, setting up and packing away every session. Today we have NI Champions, gymnasts competing across multiple disciplines and recreational gymnasts achieving incredible skills every week. ❤️
From St Joseph’s ➡️ our first permanent gym in 2019 ➡️ our current home in 2022… what a journey.
A special thank you to Mrs Palmer, who was once my own gymnastics coach and later gave Bridge the opportunity to begin in St Joseph’s. Her support throughout our journey has meant so much.
To Majella & Sarah at Jets Cheerleading, thank you for the opportunities, encouragement and support that helped shape me as a coach. ❤️
To my mum and dad, who supported the idea from day one, got stuck in and even trained to become coaches themselves so they could help me build the club — I simply couldn’t have done it without you.
To all our coaches and staff, past and present, thank you for the countless hours, energy and care you have given Bridge and our gymnasts.
And to our families — your support has been incredible. You’ve volunteered, supported events, helped us move gyms, celebrated the highs and stood by us through the challenges.
A special mention to the Smith families, Roche family & Swift family, who have been there from the very first day. From moving gyms to helping at countless events over the last decade, you’ve always been there when we needed you. ❤️
To every gymnast and family who has been part of our journey — thank you for trusting us.
I started Bridge hoping to bring a little more gymnastics to Enniskillen.
10 years later, it has become more than I ever imagined — and it took a whole community to get us here. ❤️
Here’s to the next 10. 🥂❤️🖤
