Sometimes families just need someone to stand alongside them 🧡

When Rob and Mary came to us, things at home felt overwhelming. Their daughter Lucy, who has autism and experiences intense anxiety, was struggling with everyday life, including attending school and it was affecting the whole family.

Through our Families Together programme, we worked closely with them - offering practical guidance, emotional support, and helping them navigate services and school support.

Over time, things began to change. Home life became more manageable, confidence grew, and the family were able to spend time together again doing things they had once found impossible.

This is the difference the right support can make.

Young people across Hampshire - we want to hear from you 💙

Created by our Youth Ambassadors, our annual Youth Survey is your chance to share what matters most to you.

Last year we had over 239 responses, and your feedback helps shape our services, informs local decision-makers, and contributes to conversations that can influence the future for young people.

Survey closes 30th June. Your voice matters. Make it count.

This week, we're celebrating the incredible volunteers who help make Youth Options possible - starting with Shane, Sarah and Patrick at our Outdoor Learning Centre 💙

By giving their time, skills and energy, our volunteers help create opportunities for young people to engage, develop and become empowered for a better future.

Every hour volunteered helps us provide safe, supportive spaces where young people can thrive.

Thank you to all of our volunteers. Your commitment, passion and belief in young people make a lasting difference every day!
