And just like that, another school year comes to an end.

What a year it has been. We couldn’t be prouder of everything our students have achieved. Their confidence, creativity and resilience have continued to grow, and it has been a privilege to be part of their journey.

We’ve said goodbye to some incredible young people as they move on to their next chapter, and we wish every one of them the very best for the future.

These photos showcase just some of the amazing creative work our students have produced and how far they have progressed during their time with us. Their achievements are something to be truly proud of.

A huge thank you to everyone involved with Empowher our dedicated staff, the schools, our partner organisations and everyone behind the scenes who works so hard to make a real difference in the lives of young people. We couldn’t do it without you.

Now it’s time to start preparing for the awards!

Have the most wonderful summer, everyone. We can’t wait to see what next year brings.

I’m so proud of Ashton and Chloe, what we do at Empowher and of the amazing team of people who help us make such a positive difference to these young people.

We are so proud of everything you have achieved during your time with us. Watching you grow in confidence, develop your skills and become the amazing young person you are today has been a privilege.

We know you have an incredible future ahead of you, and we can’t wait to see everything you achieve. You will be missed by all of us, but this isn’t goodbye… it’s simply see you soon.

The BBC came to visit!

Chloe and Ashton (and parents) did absolutely amazing and it was so lovely to see Chloe again and learn how well she’s doing since leaving school.

Stacey a judge from the North East Hair and Beauty Awards came to visit to show us her barbering and hairdressing skills.
