Raise funds for a ward, service or department within NHS Tayside by registering your event with Tayside Health Fund: www.taysidehealthfund.scot.nhs.uk. Our Team can provide support and advice: steps involved, who to contact, how to donate your funds raised. We will give you what you need to collect your funds: collection cans/donation boxes/buckets/online giving pages/sponsor sheets. We can loan p

romotional materials for your event: pop up banners/posters/raffle tickets and arrange publicity (if requested). We’re here to answer any questions you may have. Ninewells Gift Shop is run by volunteers on behalf of Tayside Health Fund. We stock a variety of gifts for all occasions which we'll advertise regularly on our page. We also have a book stall outside the Gift Shop and gratefully appreciate any pre-loved/used books donated to the Gift Shop. The funds generated by the Gift Shop, book stall, by donations and legacies from patients and relatives, the general public and other organisations make a big difference to patients and their families across Tayside and that is why we are grateful for every single penny which we receive.

🐻⚽ Scrubs has swapped fundraising for football fever this week!

Along with everyone at NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation, Scrubs is sending a huge GOOD LUCK to the Scotland National Team for their first match this weekend. 💙

We’ll be cheering from the sidelines (and practising our best goal celebrations! 😉).

It's Foundation Fundraiser Friday! Today, we want to wish a heartwarming thank you to Connal’s family! 💜

Connal has been a frequent patient in Ward 29 (our Children’s Ward) at Ninewells Hospital. To say a special thank you for the care he has received, Connal’s amazing dad laced up his walking boots and took on the epic challenge of walking the West Highland Way! 🏔️🎒

The money raised from his incredible journey was split between Down Syndrome Scotland and Ward 29. Thanks to the family's phenomenal fundraising efforts, Ward 29 was presented with a magnificent cheque for £1,862.80, along with an incredibly generous £400 worth of gift vouchers! 🎁

These donations make a massive difference in the lives of our youngest patients, helping us provide extra comforts, toys, and support when they need it most.

📸 In the photo: Senior Charge Nurse Sasha Cochrane, along with some of our wonderful nurses and students, were absolutely delighted to accept the donation from Connal, his inspiring dad, and his sister!
