Looking for friendship, conversation, and enjoyable activities in retirement?

The Probus Phoenix Club of Droitwich Spa is a friendly, informal, independent, and non-political club for retired and semi-retired men. They meet every Monday at 10:30am at Rotary House, where members enjoy coffee, conversation, interesting speakers and a varied programme of events throughout the year.

From quizzes, theatre trips, and pub lunches to wine tasting, garden coffee mornings, festive celebrations and guest speakers, there's always something to look forward to.

They warmly welcome new members who would like to make new friends, stay active, and enjoy good company in their retirement years.

🌞 A fantastic afternoon at the Wychbold Village Fete! 🌞

Our Community Engagement Officer was delighted to attend the Wychbold Village Fete, meeting local residents, chatting about the work of Droitwich CVS and sharing information about the support and opportunities available in our community.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, ask questions, pick up information, and learn more about our services including volunteering, community transport and to find out more about some of the signposting we offer.
It was wonderful to be part of such a friendly, vibrant community event.

We’re delighted to share that our Dementia Service Manager, Kelly Reeves, will be delivering a Dementia Awareness Training Session for those living in the Wychbold area on 2nd July.

This event is being delivered collaboratively with the valued support of Councillor Rick Deller and Tonia from Droitwich CVS, helping us continue to raise awareness, improve understanding, and create more dementia-friendly communities.

The session will provide an opportunity to learn more about dementia and help reduce stigma through greater awareness and understanding. Whether you are a family member, friend, professional, volunteer, or simply interested in learning more, everyone is welcome.

Together, we can help make our communities more inclusive, compassionate, and supportive for people living with dementia and those who care for them.

A fantastic day of family fun TOMORROW at Wychbold Park from 12 noon until 5pm.

We've had our favourite afternoon with our Coffee Mates gang! Our quiz and wordsearch had a carers theme as its Carers Week and we had lots of conversation around being a carer. Our cakes were once again donated by Quality Crust but we also had fresh fruit for those of us being healthy. Margaret was so excited to win 2 vouchers to a Terrarium workshop which were kindly donated by our friends The Bumble Collective . We always have lovely conversations and laughs!
