Lexie has successfully completed our NHS Service Assistant Training.

She said "This training has given me the knowledge and confidence to go into work. It's also given me a good idea at what it's going to be like in work."

Lexie is now attending Aspire to Be every week focusing on job search skills in our Computer Suite to update her CV and apply for jobs.

🌟 Celebrating Success! 🌟

Emma has just completed her Retail training and is the first person to receive our newly designed Certificate of Achievement featuring our brand-new logo 🎉

She’s not stopping there — Emma is starting a 4-week work trial at B&M next week and is feeling incredibly proud of everything she’s achieved.

Emma shared that coming to Aspire to Be has helped her develop so many new skills and grow in confidence — and it really shows!

Meet Mia 🌟

After completing the Adult and Social Care Training at Aspire to Be, Mia has successfully secured a job offer as a Support Worker. A fantastic achievement!

Mia said “Before coming to Aspire to Be I had no knowledge of any care equipment or terminology, now I am confident in understanding care plans and risk assessments. I know how to follow all procedures for care homes and how to document everything correctly. I now feel emotionally and physically ready to be a support worker”
