Mummas joining us this week, we’ve got a special guest to introduce you to 🥰

Chloë, from Fern and Feathers Photography | Oxfordshire Family Photographer, specialises in capturing unposed, real moments in her birth, pregnancy, newborn and family photography. As a mum of 3 herself, she is passionate about mums being IN the photos - couldn’t agree more!! If you’d like to capture your real family moments, Chloë covers Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Swindon and the surrounding Cotswolds.

Chloë will capture the event with lots of unposed candid moments but will also have a little autumnal pop up spot for individual portraits that you’re welcome to purchase separately after the event. She loves zooming in on chubby wrists, toes and fingers - feel free to bring your little one in something cute and autumnal!

Before we jump into our first autumnal brunch for the year next week, we’re looking back on the beautiful sunny picnic we held in August.

Flippin’ ‘eck it was a scorcher, but we loved seeing you, and we had your backs with the sun cream, literally 🥰

We had a whole host of babes by our side for this brunch too -

🤍 Lizzy from Haus of Contrology | Oxfordshire Pilates bringing in the gentle movement (thankfully in the aircon!)
🤍 Leah and the gang from Buns of Joy with a lil debut of their to dieeee for picnic buns
🤍 Soph from Soph’s Loafs Catering 🍓 keeping us all fuelled with her delish grazing boxes
🤍 And Ellie Harris who captured the memories with these utterly beautiful snaps

We learned a lot from our first outdoor brunch. We just love being able to create these experiences for you and we and can’t wait to plan something even better when the sun starts to reappear next year 🌞

Wow! Hasn’t life been busy.

Between new job roles, summer holidays, assignments, big birthdays, mini breaks, kids’ parties and generally trying to keep all the plates spinning… August and September seem to have disappeared!

We’re so looking forward to the cosy season and hopefully slowing down a little. We can’t wait to be back brunching with you later this month 🤍

Meet Dr Natalie Cook Dr Natalie Cook, Perinatal & Early Years Clinical Psychologist, Perinatal and Early Years Clinical Psychologist

Natalie is the founder of Little Steps Psychology Practice, supporting parents through pregnancy and the early years. She works with women experiencing antenatal and postnatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, NICU experiences, and matrescence (the profound identity shift of becoming a mother that begins in pregnancy and continues long after). She also supports parents navigating the toddler and preschool years, from sleep struggles to managing meltdowns.

Natalie is happy to chat informally about anything on your mind. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to talk to her. Bring your questions about:

🤍Anxiety or low mood during pregnancy or after birth
🤍Feeling disconnected from your baby, your body, or yourself
🤍The identity changes of matrescence, grieving who you were whilst loving who you’re becoming
🤍Birth trauma or a NICU stay that’s still affecting you
🤍Toddler behaviour, tantrums, or sleep
🤍What “normal” adjustment to parenthood actually looks like, and when to seek more support

Natalie will also be able to tell you about Mind Over Motherhood, her upcoming programme for the antenatal and early postnatal period, launching to a founding cohort in September.
