Learn about babywearing and try out different carriers. https://wpslings.myturn.com/library/

Finding a sling or carrier that is right for your family can often be a confusing and sometimes expensive business, especially if you’ve never used one before. West Pennine Slings is here to help you go through all the options to find what works best for you and your child, whether you are new to babywearing or are an experienced babywearer you can use the library to try different types or makes of carriers. There are a variety of different baby carriers in the library available to try and loan and we are always adding more! We meet 3 times a month (Please see general information or our Facebook events for more details). We're more than happy to answer questions, let you try out slings during groups or help you with a sling you’ve bought. I'm also a babywearing consultant having completed the School of Babywearing consultancy course and Trageschule babywearing consultancy certified course. Please see the Hold Close FB page (https://www.facebook.com/holdclose) and the website (http://wpslings.com/consultancy/) for details.

*Infant loss event*

For anyone who is interested, there's a baby loss remembrance event happening in Central United Reform Church on Wednesday 14th October at 7pm.

It's not a religious service but there will be an area for prayers if you want to.

My Mum's running it (Doreen Goodship) and my sister will be speaking about her loss too.

There's places for remembering, areas for quiet thoughts or prayers and some activities to help process and keep their names in our hearts 💕.
