💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 COME ON BOYS! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙
From everyone at Lochlan’s Legacy, we want to wish Sir Steve Clarke, the Scotland squad, and the Tartan Army the very best of luck.

As a charity built on resilience, determination and believing that anything is possible, we know what it means to pull together as one team. Whether on the pitch, in the stands, or watching from home, we’ll be right behind you every step of the way.

Good luck Sir Steve and the boys. Make Scotland proud!

T1D Doesn’t Stop Me.
Type 1 Diabetes is 24/7.No switch off. No breaks.
But the Omnipod® 5 changes how I live with it.
Less noise.
Less second guessing.
More confidence.
More control.
More empowered.
Empowered to trust myself.
Empowered to live in the moment.
Empowered to just be me.
Because I don’t want to feel different. I just want to feel like one of the boys.
And now… I can.
This is what confidence and empowerment with T1D looks like.

💙 Diabetes Awareness Week 2026 💙
Life with diabetes isn’t easy.
It’s the early mornings, sleepless nights, endless decisions, alarms, injections, pump changes, carb counting, and the constant mental load that most people never see.
But diabetes is only part of our story.
It doesn’t define who we are.
We are footballers, students, parents, friends, volunteers, advocates, athletes, and dreamers. We face challenges every day, but we continue to show up, push forward, and live life to the fullest.
This Diabetes Awareness Week, let’s raise awareness, increase understanding, and celebrate the strength, resilience, and determination of everyone living with diabetes.
Because diabetes may be part of our journey...
but it will never define our potential.

💙⚽ T1D DOESN’T STOP ME ⚽💙
Today we headed to Townhead Park to meet fellow T1 Warrior Gregor, goalkeeper for Bonnyton Thistle 2015! 🧤⚽
It was fantastic to see Gregor doing what he loves, enjoying his football and showing that Type 1 Diabetes doesn't have to hold you back from chasing your dreams.
A special moment seeing both boys proudly rocking their Omnipod — a reminder that diabetes technology can help young people feel confident, independent and focus on simply being kids and enjoying sport.
Gregor, keep smashing life, making saves and showing everyone what is possible. We are so proud of you and can't wait to see what you achieve next! 💙
Together, we're breaking down barriers, reducing stigma and proving that .

One of the days that helped shape Lochlan Murdoch into the incredible young man he is today.
While playing with Cumnock Juniors, Lochlan suffered a broken leg — a huge setback for any child, especially whilst also managing Type 1 Diabetes every single day.
At the time, we could never have imagined where life would take him next…
From adversity came resilience.
From setbacks came strength.
From difficult moments came purpose.
Since that day, Lochlan has gone on to:
💙 Found Lochlan’s Legacy at just 11 years old
💙 Complete the incredible Stadium Marathon challenge — covering 28 miles across football stadiums around Scotland to raise awareness and vital funds
💙 Visit 10 Downing Street and meet former Prime Minister Theresa May, who also lives with Type 1 Diabetes
💙 Become an iWill Ambassador, representing youth voice and positive change
💙 Become a Saltire Award recipient in recognition of his volunteering and community impact
💙 Raise awareness across schools, sport and communities throughout Scotland
💙 Win national awards including the British Citizen Youth Award, Pride of Scotland Award, Diana Award and recognition as a UK Points of Light Award recipient
💙 Become a voice for young people living with Type 1 Diabetes and prove every single day that
Sometimes the hardest moments in life shape the strongest people.
Adversity into positivity… always 💙
