We hope you didn't miss us too much last week! ChairFit is back on this week in The Boswell Centre 10:30am-11:30am on tomorrow with the usual range of chair-based stretches.
Participation is free but if you're new there will be a registration form for you to complete.

Next Tuesday, come along to The Boswell Centre to learn about what's on offer in the community.
Our information day will be open 12 noon - 6pm, offering the opportunity for you to pop in whenever is convenient for you, be it after the school pick-up or after work.
Whether you're interested in wellbeing, employability, recovery, volunteering or getting involved with a community group, there will be information available on the day.

The Knowe Garden Services team are available to tidy your garden before we head into winter.
As we move into autumn, our team are happy to come and quote for jobs including:
🏡 fencing
🗑️ rubbish uplifts
🪾 trimming back bushes
🪏 light landscaping

Take a look at the great time we had at the walking football last Wednesday evening.
If you're aged over 50 and looking for a manageable way to keep fit, we'd love to see you at Auchinleck Astro Pitches today, 2-3pm or 6pm-7pm.

Last Wednesday evening, we had a good turnout despite it being horrendous weather.

A big thanks to David Gibson of Auchinleck Leisure Community Committee, to Derek King from TOWNHEAD STROLLERS WALKING FOOTBALL CLUB who gave the group a talk on the principles and ethos of what walking football is all about and also to Chelsey McBride, who took the very necessary warm up and put us through our paces and went over the rules of the game, not as easy as some may think.

We then had a game which was great fun, everyone enjoyed immensely and hope to see all again today.

Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and Clubbercise trademark reusable LED glow sticks to create a nightclub atmosphere

This workshop focuses on confidence building and stress management.
