The Men's Shed will be open Fridays 1:00pm – 3:00pm to socialise with others in comfortable surroundings, enjoy games and pastimes and a laugh over a cuppa. The Shed, at the end of the end of Quarry Knowe, is a space for old and new friends to meet, to help and support each other and build camaraderie through discussion and chat.

Not only will there be delicious, affordable meals at the week's lunch club, there will also be a fun quiz for everyone who comes along to take part in. This is in partnership with a group from Ayrshire College.

ChairFit is on tomorrow in The Boswell Centre 10:30am-11:30am and we'd love too see you there.
Participation is free but if you're new there will be a registration form for you to complete.
This will be followed by our lunch club, doors opening at 11:30am, giving you the opportunity to relax, refuel and build connection with your fellow participants.
