Mauchline After School Activity Club

What a response we have had so far to our After School Activity Club in Centre Stane.

We are looking at starting our club on Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday afternoons initially.

These were by far the most popular days.

Keep your eyes peeled for the registration form and payment details on our page after the September Weekend.

We intend for our club to begin on Tuesday 29th September.

We just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who shared our post, tagged friends and helped us spread the word about our search for a new Yoga Instructor. 💚
Thanks to the amazing support from our followers and the local community, we’re delighted to announce that the lovely Thea will be taking over our Tuesday night Yoga class! 🧘‍♀️✨
Thea will be commencing on Tuesday 15th September, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming her to Centre Stane and seeing the class get underway.

✨ TONIGHT AT CENTRE STANE! ✨

We’re delighted to welcome Mauchline Spiritualist Centre for their very first evening at Centre Stane tonight, starting at 7:30pm. 🙏✨
We’ve received a fantastic amount of interest, so doors will now open at 7:00pm to give everyone plenty of time to arrive, get settled and take their seats before the session begins.
🚗 A wee reminder about parking:
If you’re travelling from outside the village or bringing the car, please remember that we have only 3 dedicated parking spaces to the rear of Centre Stane.
Please be respectful of our local residents and refrain from parking in the residents’ bays.
There is plenty of free parking available at Loudoun Street car park and around Mauchline Primary School, just a short walk away. 👍
We can’t wait to welcome everyone tonight and hope you have a wonderful evening! ❤️

🎣 HELP US GET A NEW YOUTH ANGLING CLUB OFF THE GROUND! 🎣

We’ve recently been approached about the possibility of helping to set up a new Youth Angling Club for our village, and we think this could be a fantastic opportunity for local young people! 🐟

The club would be open to children from Mauchline and the surrounding areas, giving them the chance to learn about fishing, enjoy the outdoors, make new friends and hopefully develop a hobby they can enjoy for years to come.
👉 BUT… we need your help!
We’re at a very early stage, and we’re looking for a few adults or teenagers with an interest in angling who would be willing to join a small subgroup to help us turn this idea into reality.

You don’t need to be an expert or have everything figured out — just having an interest, some ideas and a willingness to get involved would be fantastic.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, or you know someone who might be, please send us a message. 📩

We’ll then organise an initial get-together where we can meet, share ideas and see what’s possible.

Let’s see if we can get something great started for the young people in our community! 🎣🐟

We have some Exciting news!

Sticky Fingers SCIO now have an After School Club in Mauchline which will be based in Centre Stane!

They need your responses to find out when this will run and also if it could run beyond the pilot, which is until Christmas.

We’re looking for a qualified Yoga Instructor who would be available to lead a regular Yoga session here at Centre Stane on a Tuesday evening. 🧘‍♀️✨
