Today was the first time in almost 3 years of running Netherthird Youthy that we have went out as a team and celebrated all our hard work and dedication as a committee! We went to the Thistle Inn for lunch which was fantastic! Thank you for the delicious meal and good service 😀

Thank you Cheryl, Shelley, Courtney, Laura, Lisa, Michelle, Greg and Krystal ❤️ (Alison B, Cian and Jodi couldn't make it) and our parent helpers we have had for volunteering and making the youthy possible and for what it is!

Its always good to remember that we all have kids, work and commitments out with doing the youthy and we aren't there for any money, only for kindness, to make a difference and to offer the kids of our area and beyond a welcoming space to come for free (50p is not compulsory) and free trips almost 3 years running! It's been a journey and learning curve, some highs and lows but we have powered through with our numbers to do the best we can 😀

Important Notice – Youth Club Rules

To ensure the safety and smooth running of our sessions, please note the following:

• Children may only attend the session that is designated for their age group.

• Youth workers’ children attend other sessions with parents who volunteer this has been agreed in advance by the committee. This is the same arrangement that would apply to any parent wishing to volunteer.

• Netherthird Youth Club is not responsible for children who are playing outside, in the park, or elsewhere on their own.

• Children should not enter the bowling green during other sessions unless there is an emergency.

• For health and safety reasons, we cannot be responsible for anyone who is not signed in and included on our fire register.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all young people.

‼️‼️‼️‼️made another post without tonights pictures so it can be shared ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Tuesday group on as normal next week and Bouncestation trip is Wednesday (bowling green won't be open for any of the new P1's that started in bump up month, tonight was their last session before summer)

The plan is to meet at the shops for 5pm, bus leaves at 5.20pm to head for a 6-8 bounce and all other activities.

2 buses will take us, we are splitting it with groups. So P1-3 will be on one bus and P4 and over on the other. Every child will get hot dog a drink and a sweet. Then leave around 8.15pm once all rounded up and head back. We will post an update on when we are coming through Mauchline :)

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOUR CHILD ISN'T COMING AND IF THEY ARE TRAVEL SICK.

Bouncestation is the LAST youthy night and we will return in August along side the school usually or will be the following week. To allow us to plan.

Our P1-3 and P4-5 group tonight :)

We had new foam planes, made our own windmills and had summer crafts, we managed to the park for 15 minutes before the rain came on as well.

Tuesday group on as normal and bouncestation trip is Wednesday. The plan is to meet at the shops for 5pm, bus leaves at 5.20pm to head for a 6-8 bounce and all other activities. What an experience

Big thanks to the 9CC Group for the continued support to allow our young people to experience this.

Climbing wall
Zip line
Kayaking
Paddle boarding
And the best of them all the water park

The kids tried lots of new activities conquered some fears and had a great time with their pals

Well done to all the kids and volenteers and big thank you to Galloway Activity Centre for another year of fun.

Thank you to Davie McCulloch's bus hire once again this year for taking the weans down and back
