🎃👻 What a SPOOK-tacular Halloween party we had at playgroup today! 🧡🖤
A huge thank you to all the wonderful parents who donated some amazing food and helped make our party extra special.
We had so much fun with our Halloween activities, including best dancer, dooking for apples, telling jokes, making magic spells, spooky games, songs and stories! 🧙‍♀️🍎🕷️
So many smiles, laughter and spooky fun! Thank you everyone for making it such a fantastic day. 🎃💜👻

👻🎃
What a spooktacular Thursday we had at playgroup! 🧡🖤
Our little ones enjoyed lots of fun and exploring with our soft play, ball pools, large shapes, and the big ride-on snake 🐍. We connected our textured mats, built towers with bricks, and had fun playing with Batman, the Joker, and other superhero toys 🦇🦸‍♂️.
There were superhero jigsaws to complete, a cosy book corner to explore 📚, and lots of Halloween creativity with painting, bubbling cauldrons, and making magical spells! 🧙‍♀️🪄
We chatted all about Halloween, explored spooky costumes, sang Halloween songs, played games, and enjoyed some spooktacular stories together. 🎶👻🎃
After all that busy play and spooky fun, it was time to sit down and enjoy our yummy snack! 😋🍎
So many lovely opportunities for imaginative play, creativity, sensory exploration, sharing, learning, and making happy memories together. ❤️

Our Wednesday Adventures! 👻
We’re getting ready for our Halloween party on Friday, and today we got creative with our very own bubble cauldrons! 🫧🧙‍♀️ The children had lots of fun getting into the Halloween spirit with this spooktacular craft! 🕷️
🚜 Lots of Fun and Imaginative Play! 🛵
There was plenty of role play happening today, with tractors, bikes, horses and scooters keeping everyone busy. The Hot Wheels cars and garage were also very popular, alongside our Duplo, story corner, activity cubes and jigsaws. So many lovely opportunities for the children to explore, imagine, build and learn through play! 🧩📚
🍎 Snack Time! 🥒
We enjoyed some yummy toast, fresh apples, cucumber and raisins, followed by a very special treat — a lovely piece of birthday cake! 🎂 We were delighted to celebrate one of our little friend's birthdays today, making it an extra-special day for everyone. 🥳🎈
🎶 Songs, Games and Home Time! 🎵
We finished our lovely day with songs and games before getting ready to head home after another fun-filled day of learning, laughter and play.
We can’t wait for more Halloween fun as we get ready for our party on Friday! 🎃🦇🧡

🌧️ A Rainy Day Full of Fun and Learning! 🍂
It was a very rainy day today, but that didn’t stop us from having lots of fun indoors! The children enjoyed a variety of activities, including the ball pool, foam shapes, rockers, the chute, soft play tractor and snake and our emotion cushions. We also explored the chalkboards, enjoyed books in our cosy book corner, and challenged ourselves with tabletop puzzles and jigsaws. 🧩📚
🍁 Autumn Craft: A big thank you to everyone who brought in autumn leaves! The children enjoyed using these beautiful natural resources in our autumn-themed craft activity, exploring the colours and textures of the season.
🦷 Dental Hygiene: We spent some time brushing our teeth and talking about the importance of looking after our teeth. We discussed how to keep our teeth clean and healthy and why brushing every day is so important.
🍎 Snack Time: The children enjoyed a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, along with some toast, before hometime.
Despite the rainy weather, we had a lovely day filled with play, creativity, learning and healthy habits! 💛

What a lovely autumn morning we had at playgroup! 🧡
There was lots of fun and excitement as the children explored our dressing-up area, cosy story corner, tracks and cars, parachute, rockers and spinners. 🚗📚🎭
As always, our tabletop activities were full of exciting crafts and creative play! 🎨🍂 Our discussions were all about the beautiful colours of autumn, and we’re busy working on a lovely autumn craft. We can’t wait to see the finished creations! 🍁🖌️
We enjoyed our songs, games and stories together, followed by a delicious snack of toast, cucumber 🥒, apples 🍎 and raisins 😋
Another happy morning filled with fun, learning, creativity and smiles before it was time to head home. 🧡🍂

It was lovely to welcome everyone back after the October break, as well as meeting some new faces today! 😊 The children enjoyed exploring the bouncy castle and soft play, along with a selection of tabletop puzzles and jigsaws. Our Toot Toot Garage was a big hit with the children! We spent some time chatting about what everyone had been up to over the last couple of weeks and sharing our news. For snack, we enjoyed toast, apple, cucumber and crisps, before settling down for storytime to finish off our session. It was wonderful to see everyone back and enjoying time together! 🍂📚

🏰⚔️ What a wonderful day at Playgroup! 🥰
Today, we had lots of exciting opportunities for imaginative play! The children enjoyed exploring our castle 🏰 and knights ⚔️, creating amazing structures using our large foam shapes, and having fun with the rockers.
Our workbench and tools 🔧 inspired lots of hands-on play and opportunities to explore, build and create. 🛠️
We also enjoyed our songs 🎶, stories 📚 and circle time, bringing everyone together for some lovely shared moments. ❤️
Snack time 😋 Today’s tasty selection included toast 🍞, pancakes 🥞, cucumber 🥒, apples 🍎 and raisins.
Another lovely day full of fun, creativity, imagination and learning through play! 🌈✨

Today at playgroup, we had lots of fun exploring the dolls’ house, and we think we may have some future interior designers in the making! 🏠✨ The children enjoyed choosing furniture and arranging the rooms, showing great imagination and creativity. We also had a selection of tabletop jigsaws, puzzles, games and shape activities to keep little minds busy. Our large vehicles were out today too, providing plenty of opportunities for imaginative play. 🚗🚜 We enjoyed singing songs, playing games and listening to stories together. 📚🎶 For snack, we had warm pancakes served with delicious homemade strawberry 🍓 jam, along with cucumber 🥒, apples 🍎 and raisins. A lovely, busy day filled with fun, learning and smiles! 😊

Today at playgroup, we had lots of fun exploring the soft play, bouncy castle, ball pit and large shapes. We enjoyed playing with the Toot Toot garage, animals, jigsaws and Duplo, as well as spending time in the story corner. We joined in with circle games and singing, then enjoyed some delicious pizza made with our own pizza sauce ,home grown cucumbers 🥒 and apples 🍎. For our autumn 🍂 craft, we made colourful pictures using our fingerprints. It was a fun and busy day!
