We have some incredible news! The George Reynolds Centre has successfully secured funding for the Happy Healthy Holidays initiative this summer, and we are officially on the lookout for passionate, energetic providers to deliver unforgettable children's activities.

If you run a local business, club, or organisation that loves working with kids, we want to hear from you!

📋 What We Are Looking For:
To meet the funding criteria, our summer holiday sessions must include three core elements:

🍲 A Hot, Healthy Meal: Ensuring children are well-nourished and energised.
🏃‍♂️ Physical Activity: Keeping kids moving, active, and having fun.
🧠 Learning a New Skill: Inspiring young minds with creative, practical, or educational workshops.

Whether you can deliver one specific element or package up a whole day of fun, let’s talk about how we can collaborate to support local families! 🤝

Spaces and scheduling are limited, so we are moving quickly to get this summer locked in.

From active dance sessions to free youth clubs and wellbeing groups, there is truly something for everyone:

☕ Tuesdays:
✨Men’s Wellbeing Group | 10:00am – 11:00am

🌱 What a Fantastic Bank Holiday Fun-Day at the GRC! ☀️🌸
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Bank Holiday Fun-Day as part of the Crewkerne Plants & Garden Festival!

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces of all ages coming together to celebrate the natural world... despite the heat wave! 😎

From uncovering the secrets of seeds and plants to learning about our majestic Lucombe Oak, the energy was amazing. We loved seeing everyone get creative making their own Zines, getting stuck into some planting, and embracing the "Get Growing" spirit! 🌿🌻

Of course, rounding off the afternoon with some tasty treats made the day extra sweet. ☕🧁
