📚🏡 Heritage Group Returns This September!

We're delighted to announce that the Heritage Group will be back on Wednesday 23 September, from 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Shavington-cum-Gresty Village Hall.

Join us for an evening of fascinating local history featuring:

✅ 'The Poem of No Man's Land' led by Mark Potts. The poem, composed in 1919, tells the story of Newcastle Road residents who were not invited to the Peace Day celebrations in Shavington or Wybunbury, so they labelled themselves as the residents of ‘No Man’s Land’.
✅ 'The Story of the Shavington Country Dancing Ladies' led by Audrey Maddocks

Whether you're a history enthusiast or simply curious about our local heritage, everyone is welcome.
